We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at Cardinal Health. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead raw material inspection, in-process monitoring, product testing, and finished goods testing, as well as lab activities.
- Respond to complaints and non-compliance, and sign off on deviations, validation, and other design verification protocols.
- Ensure that the on-site lab is testing and escalating issues that arise.
- Conduct trending analysis with non-conformance compliance and develop month-end reports and management reviews.
- Develop correctional and preventative actions for quality-related processes.
- Serve as an internal auditor and lead external regulatory auditors throughout the facility.
- Mentor junior employees.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Working knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
- Ability to work on projects of moderate scope and complexity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
