Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Senior Analyst to join our team. As a Clinical Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in educating end users on our medical devices, providing peer-to-peer education and training sessions, and assessing customer needs to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide education and training to nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare staff on our infusion systems portfolio, with a focus on infusion pumps.
- Assess customer needs and assist with resolving issues through education or training sessions.
- Deliver medical device-related in-service education to support key customers.
- Follow up with key accounts and customers to assess unmet education and clinical needs.
- Execute clinical roles within the Universal Implementation Process.
- Train pharmacists on Medical Drug Library Management as part of the Spectrum implementation process.
- Review device configuration for each clinical area where pumps are to be implemented.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to identify business opportunities.
- Provide customer feedback to marketing teams to improve and/or adjust strategies of existing medical devices.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of medical devices and healthcare operations. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
