**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Shipping Lead to join our team at Fortune Fashions Baja Tijuana. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate loading of shipments, managing drivers, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage drivers arriving to pick up shipments and direct them to the correct door for efficient loading.
- Lead the shipping team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of shipments being loaded and carriers leaving the facility.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat and organized.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- May need to work occasional overtime and Saturdays, as directed by Warehouse Manager.
**Requirements**
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work in a team environment, reliable, and dependable to complete work assignments.
- Good math skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to lift, lower, or carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, hand trucks/dollies, and forklifts.
**Working Conditions**
Work is performed inside a warehouse where temperatures vary from cold to hot.
**Physical Requirements**
Great physical stamina and manual dexterity. Ability to lift, lower, or carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted. Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment. Must be able to stand for a prolonged period.
**Experience**
Warehouse management: 2 years (required)
**Language**
English in an intermediate level (required)
