We are seeking a senior analog layout engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop analog layout for ICs, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Verify and complete IC designs using DRC/LVS checks, chip-finishing, and bonding.
- Deliver back-annotated data for timing verification of modules, both standalone and embedded in top-level circuitry.
- Ensure accurate tagging of IC layout data bases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build design knowledge and improve design processes.
- Develop leadership skills and expertise in analog layout design.
- MSEE or BSEE degree.
- Minimum of 5 years (10 years for BSEE) experience in analog layout design.
- Familiarity with Cadence back-end design tools, including Virtuoso.
- Familiarity with Calibre and other design automation tools.
- Proficiency in script languages, such as Skill and Pearl.
- Knowledge of CMOS, BCD processes, and power management products layout design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with international teams and customers.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a helicopter view of complex problems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
