We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance and Automation Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities and ensuring that all maintenance and automation activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic facilities road-map and annual operating plan to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define and meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and sustainability goals.
- Establish a strong governance framework to review and control operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and be accountable for the development and implementation of building maintenance and facilities maintenance programs, including maintenance repairs and overall operations.
- Ensure adherence to business continuity plans, manufacturing standards, and government regulations.
- Provide leadership and coaching to facilities teams to implement IL6S methodology and deliver zero breakdowns through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to drive business objectives and goals.
- Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry with experience in TPM, 5S, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, safety and GMP standards.
- Engineer with a strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, and Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineer, or related field.
- Experience in the food industry and solid knowledge of quality and safety in production plants.
- TPM/WCM methodology, PM Pillar, and IL6S methodology experience.
- High performance teams and advanced English language skills.
