**Job Summary**:

Citi is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Bank Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Banking division, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, deepening relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with Citi's value proposition
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences and drive business growth
• Analyze market trends and intelligence to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize client share of wallet and deepen relationships
• Work closely with the Country Head and/or Team Head to set targets and execute on the immediate to mid-term strategy
• Drive and be accountable for team performance on economic and cultural measures
• Provide oversight, guidance, and controls for teams to meet business benchmarks in an ethical and sustainable way

**Requirements**:

• 6-10 years of experience in commercial banking or a related field
• Sound knowledge of banking and investment products and processes
• Demonstrated core credit skills and ability to close deals
• Intermediate level of Early Warning Detection skills
• Advanced understanding of accounting principles, financial modeling, and financial statement analysis
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and drive tasks to completion
• Full management responsibility of a team, including management of people, budget, and planning
• Proactive approach to strengthening business relationships with clients and delivering a simple, secure, and seamless client experience
• Ability to adapt priorities based on the latest data insights and drive business growth
• Sharp business development focus and demonstrative innovative approaches

**Education**:

Bachelor's/University degree, Masters degree preferred
