**Job Summary**

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Program Manager to lead the development and implementation of our cloud-based products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, planning and directing schedules, and monitoring budget and spending.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the development and implementation process of cloud-based products, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including systems analysis and program staff, to achieve project goals.
  • Plan and direct schedules, monitor budget and spending, and ensure project completion within constraints.
  • Assign and monitor work, providing technical support and direction as needed.
  • Collaborate with business partners, both internal and external, to deliver outstanding cloud program outcomes.
  • Work with the cloud service team to provide hands-on process development and project management, cross-functional coordination, and inter/intra team communications.
  • Support Cloud Ops engineers, SRE team, DevOps, and other engineering teams to migrate services onto Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Represent Oracle as a cloud TPM on various technologies, including infrastructure, networking, identity management, security, and others.

**Requirements:**

  • 2+ years of experience in engineer or support services role of IT or cloud services, networking, and/or databases.
  • Hands-on experience as a cloud or networking engineer to guide the use or migration of systems onto a public/private/hybrid cloud infrastructure.
  • Experience as an IT engineer and IT program/project management; experience as a system administrator; knowledge in developing scripting tools in Python or Java is preferred.
  • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
