Key Responsibilities

  • Have a solid understanding of development approaches and best practices
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the team to deliver software successfully
  • Deliver high-quality work that is secure, testable, maintainable, and efficient
  • Provide useful code reviews and focus on operational excellence
  • Identify problems and propose solutions to improve the team's software and development processes
  • Establish good working relationships with team members and peers
  • Recognize and address discordant views through constructive dialogue
  • Train new team members on customers, software, and development processes

Qualifications

  • Lead resources and serve as a functional SME across the company through advanced knowledge of algorithms, data structures, distributed systems, and networking
  • Acquire relevant technology and financial industry skills, including AWS PWS and NGA technology
  • Demonstrate knowledge of automating code quality, code performance, unit testing, and build processing in the CI/CD

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
  • Team leadership and effective communication skills
  • Team building and high-level English proficiency
