**Job Summary**

Amphenol Tcs De México, S.A. De C.V. is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer 2Do Turno Backplanes to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements in all process engineering activities.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
  • Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, such as cycle time, yield, and scrap rate, and develop strategies to meet targets.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Design and implement process optimization strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve product quality.
  • Identify and implement process control measures, including statistical process control (SPC) techniques, to ensure consistent quality and reduce process variation.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Lead process validation activities, including protocol development, execution, and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
  • Provide training and guidance to production teams on new processes, procedures, and equipment to ensure successful implementation and operation.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electronics, mechanical, industrial, or similar).
  • 5+ years of experience as a process engineer in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Conversational English Skills language.
  • Strong knowledge of process optimization techniques, lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex process issues.
  • Working knowledge of process safety, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with process improvement tools and methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and Value Stream Mapping.
