About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Targeting Analyst to join our team at Valiant Integrated Services. As a Targeting Analyst, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining target nominations, conducting all-source analysis, and providing comprehensive products to support planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop target nominations and create database records and products
• Conduct all-source analysis across target intelligence disciplines
• Examine links, nodes, vulnerabilities, interdependencies, and critical elements on enemy target systems
• De-conflict target intelligence assessments
• Attend and serve as SME in conferences, meetings, exercises, and working groups
• Identify intelligence information disparities and collection requirements
• Assist in the development and dissemination of Target Management SOP
• Exploit and analyze multi-sensor imagery in conjunction with all-source intelligence information
• Prepare damage assessment reports and construct queries to conduct comparative analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with 4-6 years of experience as an Intelligence Planner or specialized training and 4-8 years of experience or equivalent academic experience
• 4-8 years of relevant Targeting/Imagery analysis experience
• Experience in the Korea Theater of Operations
• Excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills

Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree with 4-6 years of experience
• Korean language skills
