Welding Operator

Dana Incorporated, a global leader in driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies, seeks a skilled Welding Operator to join its manufacturing team.

As a trusted partner to the world's original-equipment manufacturers, Dana provides local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities. Our solutions improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with conventional and alternative-energy powertrains.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to operate manual or robotic welding process stations, ensuring safety and quality in the manufacture of products for our customers. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IATF-16949:2016 standards.

• Comply with safety guidelines and standards established in your work area.
• Carry out procedures outlined in your work instructions.
• Maintain operational discipline and adhere to work schedules.
• Properly use the escalation plan to alert problems with equipment or product quality.
• Train, advise, and mentor other operators on standardized work systems.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Knowledge of welding processes and techniques.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, Dana offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
