Key Responsibilities- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, operations, technology, and data teams to achieve high-impact business outcomes and ROI, focusing on value creation, growth, and customer service.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of data products.
- Demonstrate Agile expertise by deploying agile methodologies and maintaining an agile mindset within delivery teams.
- Monitor data portfolio and project risks, working with project teams and engineering heads to proactively mitigate risk.
- Coach and support project teams, be responsible for line management of project squad leads.
- Maintain data products in production, owning the Continuous Improvement backlog for the pod to deliver improvements in time to market, efficiency, and quality.
- Provide strategic guidance for data, analytics, and AI in existing systems to meet client needs.
- 10+ years leadership of high-performing technology and/or data teams.
- 7+ years' experience in agile delivery of data products and infrastructure build.
- Demonstrated excellence in stakeholder communication and relationship-building.
- Project budget, resource, risk, and reporting management.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Solid knowledge of Data/BI/AI Engineering and Development, Architecture, Test Engineering, and Security best practices.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams, external vendors, and departments.
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members.
- 'Owner' mentality self-starter that can independently manage a data portfolio and guide working project teams to successful project delivery.
- Data domain expertise in one or more areas: US healthcare, International healthcare, benefits management, talent and rewards, and/or HR consulting services.
- Agile Certification(s) (eg. PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe POPM).
- Bachelors in business or information technology, MBA or similar.
- Direct report people management experience.
