Key Responsibilities
- Identify, report, and follow up on defects in our software development projects
- Investigate and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the development team to define, develop, and execute test plans and test cases
- Assist in creating and maintaining QA-specific documentation
Requirements
- Good knowledge of SQL and Postman or RESTful/XML
- Excellent command of English
- Experience with various QA types and techniques, including Black box, Functional, Regression, and Smoke testing
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Good knowledge of QA processes, standards, and procedures
- Ability to create and maintain QA documentation, including test cases, test design specifications, test plans, and test status reports
- Experience with issue trackers and test case management systems, such as Azure DevOps or equivalent
