Role Overview

As a Senior Business Development Manager at Oracle, you will be responsible for providing daily operations management of the outbound telemarketing call response and lead qualification functions. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Oracle's opportunities across all products and product lines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of telesales business development representatives for a territory/region
  • Develop and implement sales and business function training programs
  • Coordinate marketing activities with the Marketing organization
  • Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division
  • Coach, manage the performance, and develop the careers of staff
Requirements

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a proven track record in sales and business development, with experience in telemarketing and lead qualification. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of the sales and business development process, and be able to develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.

A bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant work experience are required for this role.
