Job Description
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to lead project activities and ensure successful implementation of digital tools.
  • Collaborate with PMF areas leaders to promote adoption and use of digital tools aligned with business priorities.
  • Implement new business KPIs and standardize them across manufacturing sites with digital capabilities installed.
  • Develop and implement national agenda governance for digital capabilities installed and future across the supply chain.
  • Ensure sustained adoption of digital capabilities once DVC projects teams deliver to sites.
  • Promote digital savvy across the supply chain by replicating best practices between national facilities.
  • Promote a continuous improvement culture by participating in lean six sigma initiatives to ensure digital capabilities are a source of information.
  • Train and coach facilitators involved in digital capabilities installed at sites and mixing centers.
  • Create digital agenda learning for PMF to deliver train-the-trainer programs by site.
  • Support all on-site activities related to the Smart Manufacturing Project.
  • Track overall project success metrics and risks from a scope, schedule, and KPIs perspective.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Electricity, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.
  • Advanced Excel and computational tool skills, including Power BI.
  • Excellent English and Spanish language proficiency.
  • Strategic planning, high sense of organization, and focus on achieving excellent results.
  • Promoter of change and organizational development.
  • Experience with controls and information systems, large-scale change initiatives, and digital transformation projects.
  • Leadership, teamwork, and effective communication skills.
