We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our SRE DevOps Engineering team in creating APIs for HSBC Digital Bank. The team has a global presence, with senior management in HK & UK London. Key Responsibilities:
- Good knowledge of platform activities, incident, problem management, and production support processes of tickets and defect management.

- Having prior experience in DevOps environment is an advantage.
- Knowledge and hands-on work in Splunk and AppDynamics will be a great asset.

Requirements:
- Experience in Java Web services SOAP/REST, JSON, APIs.
- Software Production support analyst with willingness to take occasional code fixes.
- Knowledge about CICD Pipeline (Jenkins).
- Good Scripting language knowledge (like Python).
- Hands-on Version control tool like GIT.
- Knowledge about cloud (Preference to AWS).
- ITIL certification will be an advantage.
- Lead, Mentor, guide, and train team members.
- Good knowledge and working experience in Agile / Scrum / Kanban methodologies.
