Business Growth Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Growth Representative to join our team at Divelement Web Services, a dynamic IT consulting and engineering services firm.
As a Business Growth Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with prospective clients, generating client interest, and contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Identification on Upwork
- Search and filter projects on Upwork that align with Divelement's tech stack (e.g., React, Node.js, .NET, ML, etc.).
- Evaluate the feasibility of projects based on client requirements and Divelement's ability to meet them.
- Upwork Profile Management
- Follow-Up on Submitted Proposals
- Lead Qualification
- Transfer of Qualified Leads
- Tracking and Reporting
- Continuous Improvement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound lead generation or sales development
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a desire to meet and exceed monthly lead-generation goals
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, with the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
- Strong Communication Skills

- Experience in Tech Consulting
