About the Role

At Oilandgas.Org, we're seeking a highly skilled Product Labeling Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Labeling Team, you'll play a crucial role in creating and editing various types of product labeling, including packaging labels, safety labels, and instructional documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and create product labels using computer graphics, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Gather and correlate product information, including instructional and labeling data.
  • Perform layout assignments involving vector graphics, bitmap graphics, and multilingual text.
  • Collaborate with the Label Team to generate new labeling databases and modify existing ones.
  • Work with Label Designers to create label stock drawings, assembly drawings, parts lists, and drawing structures.
  • Set up, capture, and refine product and procedure photographs for use in instructions.
  • Develop documentation and technical specification documents regarding colors, materials, placement, and other relevant details.
  • Ensure brand and product representation aligns with company standards and guidelines.
  • Support the Label Team in developing training materials, presentations, and process documents.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Ability to work independently and execute assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of basic technical drawing principles and engineering documentation principles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
  • Knowledge of parametric modeling software is a plus.
