We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the expansion of our services across Latin America to the SSC Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects, developing and implementing short and long-term strategies, and maintaining a robust control environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives and ensure alignment with the company's transformation agenda
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues as needed
  • Ensure the expansion projects are aligned with the company's transformation agenda to support committed productivity benefits and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, administrative, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, with a proven track record of leading and managing projects
  • Knowledge of project methodologies, including L6S, Scrum, PMO, and Agile
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Big Data Analysis skills, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Advanced English language skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
