Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to lead our Quality Operations team in the Packing area. As a key member of our Quality, Environment, Health, and Safety (QEHS) organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the manufacturing of Safe and High-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead tasks to maintain a World Class Safety and Culture level in the Packing area.
  • Report Quality & EHS results on a daily, weekly, and monthly frequency.
  • Implement effective Quality Assurance standards to minimize risks of failures in operations.
  • Lead the QEHS Packing team and contribute to the development of our local strategy to ensure a high-level of Motivation & Satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Operations, Lean Manufacturing, and/or Continuous Improvement areas.
  • Experience leading a team of at least 8-12 direct reports.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, Quality Core Tools (FMEA, Control Plan), Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Problem-Solving.
