**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Hyva.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving commercial activities focused on sales and customer acquisition of our product range.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to customers to identify business opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize company profitability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while recruiting new ones.

• Negotiate price agreements, delivery terms, and payment conditions within approved margins.

• Follow up on offers sent to clients and provide timely updates on their status.

Order Handling:

• Verify new customers' credibility through credit management.

• Prepare accurate invoices and ensure proper order processing.

• Monitor deliveries and provide relevant information to customers.

• Provide product and pricing information to customers as needed.

Sales Support:

• Assist area sales managers in preparing, monitoring, and optimizing sales plans.

• Gather and record market information for the department.

• Maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts.

• Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in sales or business development. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and career advancement opportunities.
