In this role, you will be working closely with the finance team to maintain smooth cash flow processes and support the timely resolution of any billing or allocation discrepancies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Cash Activity Review: Monitor and review daily cash activity across Americas, EMEA, and APAC bank accounts
  • Issue Resolution: Collaborate with Collections and Billing teams to address allocation discrepancies, billing concerns, tax issues, and other related matters
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare cash analysis reports and accounts receivable turnover reports for senior management, support weekly cash flow forecasting of the company's accounts receivables
  • Month-End Close: Compile and prepare monthly accounts receivable reports as part of the financial close process

You will be part of an industry-leading network of creative, curious, and entrepreneurial pioneers, and will have the opportunity to contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives.

A successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a finance department, with a focus on accounting, accounts receivable, or accounts payable
  • Proficient in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid writing and communication abilities to effectively convey financial information
  • Education: A college degree is required, with a preference for degrees in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • Advanced Excel skills, including experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
