Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise production operations on a daily basis to ensure efficient and effective manufacturing processes.
  • Implement and monitor the continuous improvement system to optimize downtime parameters and improve overall plant performance.
  • Verify the monitoring of quality, safety, and total productive maintenance standards to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Meet and improve the goals of assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive business results.
  • Monitor and promote the reduction of waste and optimize resource allocation.
  • Administer materials and equipment to ensure their correct use and maintenance.
  • Address and resolve problems that impact operation results in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Industrial, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering degree.
  • Experience in the automotive and harness industry.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a coordinator or management role.
  • Intermediate-level English proficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
