Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deploy resilient database solutions tailored to the requirements of Epicor's Finance Processing & Accounting services.
  • Guarantee the scalability, efficiency, and dependability of database systems.
  • Develop and refine T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and ETL workflows.
  • Uphold best practices in database development and management.
  • Specify data repository needs, data dictionaries, and warehousing criteria.
  • Enhance database performance and capacity while planning for future growth.
  • Translate business needs into data specifications, including database structures and element attributes for applications.

Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, showcasing a deep understanding of its features and functionalities.
  • Expertise in Transact-SQL programming, including optimization and performance enhancement.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles to design database solutions that meet financial service needs.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to maintain database stability.
  • Proficient in relational database design.
  • Advanced skills in writing SQL queries.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing RedGate SQL Toolbelt for streamlined database development and management.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, particularly in relation to database solutions.
