Junior Manager of Warehouse Operations Training
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Irapuato
Work Schedule: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate as a member of the site/module Launch or Operations team Develop and implement the training strategy for operational start-up Ensure alignment and completion of operational standards and training materials in partnership with relevant stakeholders Oversee the execution and tracking of the training plan and communicate progress with operations Work alongside technical teams to identify new technologies requiring training plans Analyze the skills matrix to determine necessary competencies for various roles Conduct benchmarking against similar operational units to assess training needs Assess trainer requirements and establish timelines for training delivery Define roles within the training team and coordinate practice sessions on equipment Identify training material needs based on the skills matrix and operational requirementsWhat We Offer:
