Job Summary

We are seeking a Jr Accountant to join our team, which spearheads projects involving the implementation of accounting process automation for clients.

Main Responsibilities

Prepare and automate information in financial reports (balances, cash flow statements) according to accounting standards using Excel and SQL:

  • Collect, review and analyze data and documents.
  • Collaborate to make implementations in the software.
  • Automation of yearly reports and budgets for cities, counties, and states in the US.
  • Automate tasks following client instructions (Customer Service).
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Advanced English (90%).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • 1 year of Accounting experience (Financial statements, reports, cash flows).
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis).
  • Experience with ERP Systems.
  • Experience with MYSQL.
  • Attention to detail, customer service, and organization skills.
