Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service experiences.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and needs.
  • Act as the central communication point between origins and destinations.
  • Manage daily order processing and local logistics activities.
  • Monitor destination milestones and oversee document management.
  • Follow up on performance metrics, data quality reports, escalations, and carrier-related issues.
  • Handle exceptions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct root cause analyses and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Ensure seamless execution of export shipments by collaborating closely with customers, third-party logistics providers, and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Adhere to customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in all activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and service expectations.
  • Take ownership of customer issues, addressing them urgently and responsibly.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is prioritized.
  • Coordinate shipment operations with stakeholders to meet customer expectations for departure and arrival.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive service delivery excellence.
  • Maintain high-quality data standards for all managed assignments.
  • Proactively identify challenges within the supply chain and propose solutions for optimization.
  • Keep customers informed of any issues or changes regarding their shipments.
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and pursue upselling opportunities.

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles within a logistics or transportation company.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, capable of conducting business conversations and presentations.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, including the use of graphics, pivot tables, and formulas.
  • Strong presentation abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Operational knowledge of export ocean logistics and documentation.
