Job Title: Luxury Lounge Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Lounge Concierge to join our team at Marriott International. This is an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional service to our discerning guests and exceed their expectations in every way.

About the Role:

  • The Luxury Lounge Concierge will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the lounge experience meet the high standards of Marriott International.
  • This includes monitoring seating availability, maintaining cleanliness and condition of the lounge, preparing and serving beverages, and anticipating and communicating replenishment needs promptly.
  • The concierge will also be responsible for documenting pertinent information in the department logbook and forecasting additional meal requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor club lounge for seating availability, service, safety, and wellbeing of guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
  • Prepare and serve hot, cold, and/or alcoholic beverages.
  • Stock ice, glassware, and supplies.
  • Anticipate and communicate replenishment needs promptly.
  • Wash dishes and serving utensils as needed.
  • Complete opening and closing duties.
  • Requisition all necessary supplies, transporting supplies from storeroom to bar set-up area as required.
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas.
  • Document pertinent information in department logbook.
  • Forecast additional meal requirements and communicate special requests to the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
