Azka It Consulting, a leading Mexican company connecting top IT talent with Latin American and United States companies, is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join their team.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to prospect and sell our services to potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to identify key decision-makers and tailor sales approaches accordingly
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell services
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate records in CRM software (Hubspot, Zoho, etc.)
- Utilize social selling platforms, such as LinkedIn, to expand the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective sales strategies and tactics

**Requirements:**

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business and have at least 1-2 years of sales experience. They must also demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize work effectively, and have experience managing CRM systems.

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
