Your Day-to-Day

As a software QA engineer at Wizeline, you will be responsible for maintaining a user-focused testing atmosphere for applications that will be used by millions daily. With your breadth of expertise, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain good practices and identify new opportunities for improvement since the very beginning of a project. You will work on projects that will allow you to develop your skills and gain exposure to multinational brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for backend services using Python and testing frameworks such as Pytest.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities for improvement and maintain good practices.
  • Work on projects that will allow you to develop your skills and gain exposure to multinational brands.
  • Develop and maintain a user-focused testing atmosphere for applications that will be used by millions daily.

Requirements

  • Automation Testing (Mobile).
  • QA Architect with Mobile QA experience.
  • Strong leadership.
  • Experience with Backend Test Automation framework using Python programming language.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API concepts and experience testing APIs using tools like Postman or Swagger.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries and experience with NoSQL databases, preferably AWS DynamoDB.
  • Communication skills.
  • Ability to lead efforts effectively with cross-functional teams.

About You

  • The ability to predict common user workflows in order to design effective tests.
  • ISTQB Certifications.
  • Excellent issue isolation, troubleshooting, and debugging skills.
  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
