Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate and reliable demand forecasts for our products, taking into account market trends, customer behavior, and other relevant factors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication of demand plans.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop recommendations to improve demand planning processes and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve demand planning processes and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in a related field, such as business, supply chain management, or operations research.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
