We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our value stream operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and managing department activities, ensuring productivity levels above target, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering General or related field
- 8-10 years of experience in combined welding, assembly operations, and/or CNC machining and sheet metal operations synchronized as value stream operations line – heavy manufacturing
- 5 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of 5S, Jidoka, SMED, Poka-Yoke, One Piece Flow, Lean Principles, and Mudas
- Excellent organizational, communication, team-building, coaching, and decision-making skills
