Are you a motivated and dynamic individual looking to join a young and growing company? Amorino is seeking a talented Gelato Artist to join our team

As a Gelato Artist, you will be responsible for creating custom-made gelato roses with a spatula for our clients and contributing to their loyalty. Your main missions will be to sell, welcome, and advise customers, while also providing quality service as a Gelato Artist.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome, guide, and advise customers
• Know all products and recipes perfectly
• Take orders and upsell Amorino products
• Prepare all orders as per request adhering to Amorino guidelines
• Open, close, and keep the smooth running of store operations
• Ensure the proper receipt of product deliveries
• Conduct inventory and restock

PROFILE

We are looking for an excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude, who is passionate about customer service and has a confident, professional, and welcoming personality. A good level of English is also required.

WORKING HOURS

The opening hours of our stores may vary depending on the location, but a wide range of hours is often practiced (7 days a week, from 10 am to 1.30 am). We are therefore primarily looking for people who are also available in the evenings and on the weekends.
