As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in supporting the introduction of new products to our production line, driving yield improvement, and collaborating with our FAB team to enhance process efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategies to introduce new products to our production line, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Analyze and resolve low-yield wafer disposition issues, working closely with our FAB team to identify and address root causes.
  • Collaborate with our RMA team to optimize the return material authorization process, minimizing waste and maximizing efficiency.
  • Support our STR wafer probing operations, ensuring accurate and reliable results.
  • Conduct yield improvement initiatives, working closely with our foundry partners to optimize process parameters and drive business growth.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronic, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive informed decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, JMP, and Exensio.
