HSE Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Technician to join our team at Prysmian Group. As a key member of our HSE team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, and the environment.

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies related to HSE.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Monitor and analyze HSE performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on HSE procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HSE considerations are integrated into all aspects of our operations.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, industrial safety, or environmental science.
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
