Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a channel development plan to identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, ensuring a strong and diverse network of partners to support our business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure alignment and effective execution of channel strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new channel partners, providing exceptional customer service and support to drive business growth and loyalty.
- Develop and execute joint business plans (JBPs) with key channel partners, defining specific business development actions and objectives to achieve profitable revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in our channel strategy.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in channel development, sales, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
- Deep understanding of the IT infrastructure solutions market, including hardware, software, and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with channel partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
