As a Supply Chain Risk Assessment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and mitigating potential risks within our global supply chain. This involves ensuring timely distribution of risk assessment surveys to relevant suppliers and stakeholders, gathering responses, and analyzing data to identify areas of concern.
Key Responsibilities:
- Survey Distribution: Ensure timely distribution of risk assessment surveys to relevant suppliers and stakeholders.
- Response Collection and Analysis: Gather responses and analyze the data in the risk assessment surveys to identify potential risks and areas of concern.
- Actions Follow-Up: Run weekly meetings and coordinate with suppliers to review progress, work through outstanding items, address identified risks, and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.
- Report Findings: Prepare detailed reports regularly on the survey findings and present them to management and other stakeholders.
- Documentation: Accurately document and record supplier and internal customer communications and files.
- Survey Maintenance and Development: Support maintenance and further development of risk assessment surveys tailored to the specific needs of the organization and its suppliers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, risk management, or related customer/application support.
- Experiences in the area of product regulatory compliance or with electronic and mechanical systems/components are preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or computer science.
- Personal and professional integrity, high accountability, and say/do ratio.
- Hands-on experience in utilizing data gathering and visualization tools to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights.
- Strong analytical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
- A highly customer-focused mindset and proven success in delighting customers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation in English, with the ability to present technical issues to a non-technical audience.
- An operationally minded individual with marked time management and organization skills.
