Plant QHSE Director

At NOVARES, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plant QHSE Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction through the deployment and facilitation of our Quality System in your Production Unit.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, risk assessment, and team leadership. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop strategies to meet their expectations.
Main Responsibilities- Facilitate the implementation of our Quality System, including developing and implementing procedures, conducting training sessions, and providing support to employees.
- Coordinate risk management actions, including identifying potential risks, developing mitigation plans, and monitoring progress.
- Manage job family activities, including organizing experience capitalization files, ensuring proper use of quality tools and methods, and coordinating quality-related audits.
- Develop and implement action plans to improve quality performance and reduce errors.
- Provide regular reports to management on quality performance, including metrics and trends.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business administration, or environmental science.
- At least 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in a production environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Experience with quality management software and other relevant tools.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
In addition, you will receive a bonus based on individual and company performance, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
