Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute frameworks for human capital risk management and organizational control and compliance strategies.
- Oversee and monitor business compliance with the Third-Party Management Policy and Standards.
- Partner with Legal and other stakeholders to identify changes in the local labor environment impacting the engagement of third-party personnel.
- Interface with the Staffing Office organization to develop risk mitigation processes and controls.
- Identify and monitor sources of third-party risk, including information security and technology requirements.
- Coordinate audits and drive third-party initiatives.
- Monitor HR performance metrics for third-party management compliance.
- Manage TPM Manager control Assessment (MCA) testing and monitoring.
- Monitor and manage TPM issues and CAPs, ensuring comprehensive and timely remediation.
- Monitor the status of due diligence and ongoing monitoring activities.
- Manage the Key Indicator Breaches & Monthly Remediation Reporting to TPM.
- Lead projects cascaded from the Third-Party Office to business.
- Coordinate with Business Activity Owners (BAOs) to ensure completion.
- Monitor third-party records to ensure data accuracy in CASP+ records, e-Sourcing & in TPRAP assessments.
- Serve as the HR delegate in Third-Party Management Committee meetings as needed.
- Design, develop, and implement COB process taxonomy updates.
- Perform Business Impact Assessment and business responsive plan reviews and updates.
- Ensure all required employees are included in the COB plan and appropriately assigned.
The position will execute controls and activities to ensure Human Resource Processes for Mexico operate in compliance with Data Privacy Laws (including "ARCO" rights) and Citi Data Management Policies.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience, education, and/or training, Master's Degree preferred.
- Advanced English speaking and writing.
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Compliance, and/or Risk Management.
- Strong interpersonal skills for interfacing with all levels of internal and external audit and senior management.
- Strong communications skills, proactive, leader.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Skills.
