Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Communication Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a wide range of editorial projects for external and internal audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and edit company publications, adhering to strict deadlines and standards.
  • Contribute to company standards for layout, design, and communication practices.
  • Counsel internal clients on editorial matters.
  • Handle the distribution process for all communications.
  • Maintain the company Internet and Intranet sites.
  • Design and manage content for digital sign communication channels.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for executive leadership.
  • Edit company photos.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years of related experience.
  • Expert writing and editing capabilities.
  • Advanced user of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Web editing and layout skills.
  • Photography skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
