Job Description

The Supply Chain Forecaster is responsible for developing accurate demand forecasts for assigned customers and parts. This role leads a monthly S&OP discussion, ensuring alignment across functions.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts for assigned customers and parts

• Conducting review meetings with customers, sales teams, and supply chain stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy

• Utilizing and maintaining demand planning software as a primary forecasting tool

• Identifying areas for improvement and recommending action plans

• Monitoring, analyzing, and preparing key performance reports on forecast accuracy and MAPE

Key Competencies

• Strategic vision and results-driven approach

• Ability to collaborate and influence at all levels

• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to lead cross-functionally

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Supply Chain

• 1-3 years of experience in forecasting and working with large data sets

• Experience in high-sku count, fast-turn businesses is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access

• Advanced math and analytical skills

• Knowledge of Toolsgroup Demand Planning software is a plus

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
