Responsibilities
  • Responsible for performing process activities in the process section (Division, Function, Country).
  • Executes assigned tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery; addresses open issues independently and supports resolution; identifies areas for improvement and recommends improvement solutions in the activity areas.
  • Ensures application of process standards and procedures.
  • Collaborates with the process specialist and other team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities.
  • Recommends changes to process standards and procedures to improve the timely performance of process activities.
  • Contributes to ensuring service delivery of the team is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Coordinates and follows up with various internal and external stakeholders; supports Process Specialist in any additional activities as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business Administration.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Controlling; experience in a service delivery model environment.
  • Robust process understanding from both content and technical perspectives.
  • Good understanding of business setup and interconnections.
  • Ability to interact with Process stakeholders at various levels.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as proven ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives, focus on details, and possess good analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented and structured.
  • Technical skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills.
  • Proficient in IT systems: ERP (SAP desirable), Planning & Reporting tools, and integrated solutions.
  • Understanding of end-to-end processes, systems, and data flows across the organization at the business and finance side.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and local language.
