Assistant Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender Assistant to join our team at Solaz a Luxury Collection Resort Los Cabos. As a key member of our bar service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the highest level of service standards.

• Set up and maintain the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Assist bartenders with drink preparation and service, ensuring prompt and efficient delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
• Provide excellent guest service, responding to requests and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team objectives and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.

• Previous experience in a bartending or hospitality role, preferably in a luxury resort setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and productivity.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and move quickly in a dynamic environment.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
