About the Role:
Within is seeking a highly skilled Pitch Deck Designer to join our team. As a Pitch Deck Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional visual storytelling for presentation decks. This role requires strong design expertise, a deep understanding of graphic design principles, and the ability to translate complex concepts and data into visually compelling graphics, charts, and infographics.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with new business and account teams to understand client objectives and develop design strategies that effectively communicate key messages through presentation decks.
Utilize your strong design skills to create visually appealing and impactful deck design templates that captivate and engage audiences.
Ensure consistent branding and visual identity across all deck designs, aligning with client guidelines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
Translate complex concepts and data into visually compelling and easy-to-understand graphics, charts, and infographics within the deck.
Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and software tools related to deck design, and incorporate innovative ideas into your work.

Qualifications:
2 years or more experience in Graphic Design or a related field.
Proven experience working as a strategic designer, with a focus on deck design, preferably within a marketing agency or similar environment.
Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of deck design projects, demonstrating creativity, technical expertise, and a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation software Google Slides.
Deep understanding of design principles, composition, balance, scale, and visual hierarchy, with a demonstrated ability to create designs that effectively communicate messages.
