About the Role

The Director, Planning Ad Sales will lead the Planner ́s team, managing TV Distribution and Home Entertainment businesses in Mexico. Responsibilities include sales strategy development, budgeting, and planning, as well as staff training and client database management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for TV Distribution and Home Entertainment businesses.
  • Lead the Planner ́s team and manage long-range planning, forecasting, and budgeting projects.
  • Collaborate with International WBD staff for accurate sales data and analysis.
  • Design and implement staff training programs for database management and sales strategy.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the Executive Sales Team, Marketing, Technical, and Distribution Departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor ́s degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced English and Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in media and entertainment industry, including 8 years of team management.
  • Knowledge of international media, online, and wireless business.
  • Knowledge of planning tools and software.
