About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Marketing Specialist to join our North LATAM team at VTEX. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing compelling graphic content that resonates with our audience, enhances our brand presence, and supports our marketing and customer success initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, iterate on design solutions, and contribute expertise for various digital products.
- Create high-quality digital assets, including graphics, multimedia projects, and interactive prototypes, for a range of platforms, including websites, social media, display advertising, and eCommerce.
- Test and optimize digital assets based on their performance, staying up-to-date on industry trends and the latest digital design software.
- Design and develop website assets, including hero designs, web animations, and email designs for CRM programs.
- Conceptualize and execute digital advertising campaigns, including creating and executing concepts for digital advertising.
- Support marketing campaigns with innovative content strategies, engaging in partner marketing efforts to align and amplify our brand message.
- Support customer success efforts through targeted content creation, initiating and driving new data-backed content initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital design, preferably in the technology or ecommerce sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Ideal experience in Hubspot.
- Experience in the design thinking process, agile development, and lean startup methodologies.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment, working directly with developers to implement designs.
- Expertise with standard digital design tools, including Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.
- Working knowledge of CSS and HTML.
- Photo and video editing expertise.
- Strong knowledge of current digital design best practices and web production techniques.
- Experience with user-centered design, rapid prototyping, and user testing.
- A good understanding of visual design principles.
- Proven digital content skills.
- Experience creating digital assets for a variety of target audiences.
- Strong portfolio showing the breadth of digital design capabilities.
