**What We Do at Cardinal Health**
At Cardinal Health, our Human Resources team designs, implements, and delivers human resource programs and policies to support the organization's growth and success. This includes recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, and more.
As a Payroll Coordinator, you will play a critical role in processing the organization's payroll according to company policy and applicable regulations. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that employees are paid accurately and timely with correct withholding and deductions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Process payroll according to company policy and applicable regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records
- Calculate overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, and bonuses
- Prepare reports for management and to meet regulatory and collective bargaining obligations
**What We Look For**
- 1-3 years of experience in payroll or a related field
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
