Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to internal customers, resolving IT-related incidents and service requests.
  • Incident Management: Manage and resolve IT-related incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring uninterrupted access to essential IT services.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Utilize IT service management tools to track and share knowledge, improving incident resolution and reducing mean time to repair.
  • Training and Development: Train end-users on IT service usage, reducing dependency on support and enhancing user experience.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and report recurring issues, driving timely resolution and improving service delivery.

Requirements
