Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with client-specific requirements and ensuring that external quality objectives and client scorecard indicators are met.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor client portals for performance, scorecard, and certifications, and manage improvement actions.
- Attend and respond to client complaints and field returns in a timely manner.
- Analyze external scrap trends and establish containment and continuous improvement actions.
- Lead engineering change validations, tool replacement with the client until approval.
- Minimize line stoppages with the client due to quality problems.
- Ensure deployment of containment for quality problems with the client within 24 hours.
- Attend scheduled client meetings at the established frequency.
- Lead monthly PFMEA and Control Plan audits.
- Develop and implement systematic actions for problem prevention and horizontal deployment.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.
- Internal Auditor and Core Tools certification desired.
- Advanced English language skills.
- IATF 16949 certification.
