Laboratory Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Lead to join our team at Kohler Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through gage calibration and inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of quality assurance processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve measurement-related issues
• Perform laboratory tests to ensure product specifications are met
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
• Develop and maintain documentation and records

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, physics, chemistry)
• 5+ years of experience in a laboratory or quality control environment
• Strong understanding of measurement techniques, quality systems, and GD&T
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
